I’m Yesenia Granados, the hands, heart, and mind behind Mindful Healing. I’m a full-time student and a proud mother to my beautiful daughter, who is autistic. Her diagnosis and healing from my past life challenges inspired my passion for mental health. I graduated from Merced College in 2023 with associate degrees in Psychology, Sociology, and Social & Behavioral Science, and I’m currently pursuing my bachelor’s degree at CSU Stanislaus, with an expected graduation in May 2026.

I was born and raised in Merced, California. I’ve learned that healing isn’t just about recovery, it’s about growth and connection. That belief inspired me to build Mindful Healing, where I create handmade stationery, resources, and tools that promote emotional well-being and mindfulness in everyday life. Every piece is designed with love and intention, often with my daughter by my side, and each creation reflects our shared joy and resilience. Your support means more than you know.

How soon will my order ship?

  • All handmade products are processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • During peak times (such as holidays or new product launches), processing may take slightly longer.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

My order shows "delivered," but it's not here- help?

  • We are not liable for products that are damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping or delivery.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly with photos of the damaged product to file a claim.
  • For lost or stolen packages, please contact the carrier first. If you need additional support, reach out to us at MindfulHealingByYesenia@Gmail.Com.

Can I return my order?

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Digital downloads and custom-made designed products are non-returnable. 

How long will it take to receive my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • If your return is approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
